Now, using the power of the next generation of hardware and software, one fan has taken to recreating one of these iconic portals. These demonic Gates and the monsters coming through them were a sight to behold for players first adventuring through the title, even with the dated graphics of the time. One of the main focuses of the game is the Oblivion Gates, portals scattered throughout the world that take you to different sections of Oblivion, another plane that houses the Daedra. Oblivion, one of Bethesda's most beloved games, was released way back in 2006, letting players adventure through an open 3D world packed full of quests and content.
A talented artist has recreated one of the Gates from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion using the power of the new Unreal Engine 5 for a real-time render of the scene.
